    Updated Travel Policy: Benefits for Dependent Travel Reimbursement

    UC Travel Policy G28 was revised to allow for reimbursement of dependent travel expenses directly associated with official University business travel in limited circumstances and with proper approvals. The policy allows for reimbursement of costs related to breastmilk shipping, among other dependent care items.

    Dr. Carol Dawson-Rose has been selected as the next dean of the UCSF School of Nursing. She currently leads the school’s Department of Community Health Systems and brings more than 35 years of experience to her new role, as well as a passion for advancing research, education, and diversity.

    The ODO announces a new UC Office of Civil Rights and UC Presidential Policy on Anti-Discrimination, which is effective February 20, 2024. Vice Chancellor Navarro thanks UCSF community members who contributed to development of the policy.
