How You Can Help
Current conditions are too dangerous to support University-approved volunteer efforts in Ukraine, but it is still possible to help in other ways.
Scholars at Risk
UCSF has launched a crowdfunding effort to help Ukrainian scholars, physicians, and learners relocate to the Bay Area and access medical, legal, and financial crisis support, so they can continue their work.
Medical Supplies
UCSF Health is working with Nova Ukraine to donate medical supplies. As of April 1, UCSF Health had donated five pallets of supplies and we continue to explore ways that we can help.

UCSF is exploring opportunities with our partners in the field to offer medical, nursing, and other essential health care services to Ukrainian refugees when conditions are safe enough to support University-approved travel. See guidance about volunteering for this effort.
