Targeting any member of our UCSF community—especially in a way that fosters hostility or discrimination—will not be tolerated. I have taken immediate action to address this situation.

Every member of the UCSF community has an obligation to uphold our PRIDE Values and principles of community, without bias or regard to national origin, ethnicity, shared ancestry, race, sex, gender, or any other aspect of their identity. The diversity that we all bring to UCSF is one of the enduring strengths of our culture. Whatever our differences, we must always work to uphold our values of respect and inclusion.
