Dear Members of the UCSF Community,

In the next week, you will receive an invitation from Gallup Inc. to participate in UCSF’s annual Staff Engagement Survey. The survey will be open from Tuesday, April 8 to Friday, May 2, and I encourage you to share your feedback.

Your participation in this annual survey helps us track progress on our shared goal of making UCSF a supportive workplace that welcomes all. Each year’s survey results provide managers and teams with actionable insights they can use to strengthen engagement and improve your work experience.

This year, we are pleased to welcome our new colleagues from UCSF Health Saint Francis and St. Mary’s Hospitals into the survey, allowing us to hear from more of you than ever before. You can read more about the UCSF Staff Engagement Survey and the actions we have taken based on past survey results.
