UCSF Community Climate Survey Coming January 8
The survey measures the experiences of UCSF community members to help improve our working and learning environment. It is the only assessment that gathers input from everyone at UCSF and UCSF Health.
Dear UCSF Community,
One of our goals at UCSF is to ensure that our organization is welcoming, inclusive, and equitable. The Chancellor’s leadership team is working to foster a community climate in which faculty, staff, and learners from all backgrounds feel respected, supported, and empowered to thrive.
We invite you to share your experiences about the environment in which you work and learn through the confidential UCSF Community Climate Survey. On January 8, you will receive an email from Emma White with the subject “Your invitation to the 2025 UCSF Community Climate Survey” and containing a unique link to the confidential survey, which closes February 23.
This is the only survey at UCSF that gathers feedback from all members of our community at all locations across the enterprise. The UCSF Community Climate Survey is conducted every three years so we can assess our ongoing efforts to build upon and enrich our culture.
Your response is essential and will help us develop action plans to strengthen our community. The experiences you have shared in the past have already led to changes that have improved UCSF. You can read more about the survey in this campus news story.
We appreciate your contributions to the UCSF community and look forward to your thoughts on how we can continue to improve our internal climate.
Sincerely,
