UCSF Celebrates International Women's Day
All members of the UCSF community are invited to celebrate International Women's Day with over a week of events March 3-12, 2025, organized around the theme #AccelerateAction.
Dear UCSF Community,
From today, March 3 through March 12, all members of the UCSF community are invited to celebrate International Women's Day (March 8) and the beginning of Women’s History Month with over a week of events in honor of the amazing women of UCSF and their contributions to our organization.
Sponsored by the UCSF Committee on the Status of Women, Office of Diversity and Outreach, Women of UCSF Health, and Women in Tech @ UCSF (WIT@UCSF), UCSF International Women’s Day programming includes a wide array of virtual and in-person events for faculty, students, and staff. Please join your colleagues for panel discussions with women leaders, caregiver support information, healthcare resource sessions, Jam4Joy Zumba, and more.
Visit the event website for the full schedule.
The 2025 International Women's Day campaign theme is #AccelerateAction. This theme resonates at UCSF, where we have committed to accelerating our efforts to building a culture that is inclusive, supportive, and welcoming to all.
We hope that you attend UCSF International Women’s Day events.
Sincerely,
