The new Michael V. Drake Plaza at Mission Bay recognizes the UC President Emeritus' five decades of service that shaped not only UCSF bu the entire University of California system. 

UCSF and UCSF Health faculty and staff are invited to apply for a Career Wellness and Career Mobility Grant by Monday, Feb. 23. The grants support ideas for career well-being and highlight the importance of career wellness, one of UCSF's seven pillars of wellness. 

Nominations for the 2026 Chancellor Awards for Exceptional University Service, Management, and Public Service will be accepted until Feb. 6.
