This presentation will be the conclusion of an in-depth analysis of UCSF’s current business model, the challenges and opportunities facing the University over the next five to 10 years, and various strategies that my leadership team has considered with the goal of ensuring that UCSF remains a world-class health sciences university and a prominent center of innovation in the Bay Area and beyond.
