Dear Colleagues:

In November, I informed the campus community that Kathy Dracup had announced her intention to relinquish her administrative appointment as dean of the School of Nursing and return to the faculty. Their activities have included selecting a professional recruitment firm through a competitive process, obtaining input on the qualities sought in the next dean through town halls and interviews, and combining the resulting information with their own insights to define the position requirements.
