On Wednesday, July 18, I will present my recommendations on the “Future of UCSF” project to the UC Regents.
I invite you to listen to my presentation, which is scheduled for 12:00-12:30 p.m. on July 18. It can be heard live (audio only) via this link: http://california.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=2. Please note that the schedule may change based on other Regents’ agenda items. A summary and video clip will be posted on Thursday, July 19, at http://www.ucsf.edu/
This presentation will be the conclusion of an in-depth analysis of UCSF’s current business model, the challenges and opportunities facing the University over the next five to 10 years, and various strategies that my leadership team has considered with the goal of ensuring that UCSF remains a world-class health sciences university and a prominent center of innovation in the Bay Area and beyond.
