Information Technology (IT) Governance Committee

Charge

To direct and oversee activities of all UCSF IT governance structure subcommittees and task forces; to review and approve recommendations for policies, standards, and guidelines, and communicate these to the user community; to review, approve, and submit requests for budget/funding; to encourage and facilitate communication among campus and medical center IT governance committees; to ensure communication between the UCSF IT governance subcommittees and the UCSF community; to appoint chairs of governance subcommittees and task forces; and to review and advise on committee and task force membership to ensure broad UCSF participation.
